Plans and specification shall be submitted to the Committee at least fourteen (14) days prior to the commencement of any construction or modification. The following shall be submitted for approval: a site plan showing the entire Lot with existing improvements, and floor plan and elevations of all faces of the proposed structure; and a description of all exterior construction materials. The ACC will have 30 days from date of full submission to give the decision on modification.
